today in math class


Sadness overcomes me,
In this little room of analysis.
Thoughts of events of days passed,
make me weep inside;
i scream in agony.
my soul mourns over the loss of old and new.
my mind ponders of the whats,
the whys, the whos, and the whens.
tactics, unapplicable;
solutions, null.
why? why? why?
the answer, why not?
so what can i do?,
but let this sadness overcome me.
pray for hopes of a better day.
hopes will suffice now
